Community Energy for Schools January 10, 2013

We’re currently assessing the opportunity to help schools across the UK, benefit from establishing school specific community energy schemes.

The changes over 2012-13 that the UK government has made to the Feed in Tariff, the recent launch of the Green Deal the coming Energy Bill, and avowed support for Community Energy by DECC officials and ministers all point toward this being a viable opportunity for schools to engage with their local community, to really accelerate low carbon solutions.
